The Director is for the Spielberg in the Kitchen…. when service and execution is the greatest production on earth! The system is designed to give the Chef total communications control of his staff and food services delivery to the client’s table. The Director is equipment with a large LCD Viewing monitor system located on a tractable arm at the Chefs station. The viewing screen can be configured to show 1-2-4-8-16 easily and will show individual live action viewing of the restaurant’s dinning room. Each single view can show an individual table, group tables or multiple tables at the same time. This allows the Director to plan and anticipate food service needs for each dining audience. The Director also wears a wireless Producer duplex headphone-receiving unit that can broadcast instructions to Servicing and Waiting attendants. The Attendants wear a wireless receiving ear bud to hear the Directing-Chefs instructions. On the side of the pick-up table there is a Monitor Camera; this camera allows the Chef-Director to see who is coming to pick-up the food order that he/she was called to pick-up and give the directing Chef the ability to give last min. information to the attendant during food pick-up. The system can also record the dining room action for later review and can also be networked for remote viewing. The Director is the latest custom designed restaurant communication systems by USCommunications Hospitality Products. The Director comes with 6 Cameras, 20 headsets, 2 Chef-station sets, battery re-charger, Main CPU-Plex, Large format LCD screen, Internet interface, BNC plugs, 1000ft of communications cable, power control panel, security cabinet and power cabinet and local network interface.
